You just can’t beat pepperoni pizza…so here’s a few delicious pizza pics from last night’s meal to get you through the rest of the week. FYI, the absolute BEST pepperonis are from Graziano Bros. And their shredded mozzarella was perfect for pizza-making, too!
The Perfect Pepperoni Pizza
- Boboli thin crust (we were lazy and decided to purchase a crust this time :))
- Olive oil
- GOOD pizza sauce
- Shredded mozzarella
- To make our pizza extra crispy — just the way we like it! — we use our pizza stone and pizza peel. Both work great!
- First, preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Brush crust with olive oil.
- Layer on sauce, mozza, and pepperonis. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crust is crispy and cheese is bubbly. Let cool on pizza peel, slice, and enjoy!!!
